Working Hours:

From 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (On-the-job training OJT).
From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Theoretical training).

Job Description:
Purpose of the Job:
Planning and delivering training programs in accordance with quality standards and academy policies, training trainees according to their different levels while supporting their progress and developing their skills.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Collaborating with managers to identify training needs

Delivering training courses, workshops, and individual sessions.

Preparing training materials such as unit summaries, videos, and others.

Supporting and guiding new employees and supervising them.

Implementing training curricula and designing and executing training programs.

Selecting and booking training venues as needed.

Monitoring trainee attendance and training records.

Monitoring trainee performance and submitting reports regarding their progress.

Supervising on-the-job training (OJT).

Maintaining evaluation records and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage trainee data.

Providing ongoing support to trainees during the training period.
