We are looking for a data analyst and income and pricing assistant who has a precise analytical outlook and a passion for understanding the dynamics of the hospitality market, to contribute to improving performance efficiency and achieving sustainable revenue growth.

Nature of Work:

  • Part-time

  • Remote work, with attendance two weeks a month at the company's headquarters in Medina

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or any related field.

  • Experience of 2 to 4 years in data analysis, pricing, or revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or serviced apartments sector.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze daily performance of units in terms of occupancy, prices, and revenues.

  • Prepare regular reports outlining performance indicators, demand, and competition.

  • Assist in developing a dynamic pricing strategy across platforms.

  • Monitor unit pricing on Booking, Airbnb, and others to ensure consistency.

  • Analyze seasonal trends and provide recommendations to improve ADR and RevPAR.

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional offers and discounts.

  • Prepare demand forecasting schedules and weekly pricing plans.

  • Support management in making decisions based on accurate data analysis.

Required Personal Traits:

  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.

  • Self-discipline in a remote working environment and commitment to deadlines.

  • Effective communication and ability to coordinate between operational teams.

  • Strong desire to learn and develop a deep understanding of hotel pricing.
