Join our team as a vehicle rental agent at Bin Hadi Car Rental Company!We are looking for someone with effective communication skills and the ability to provide excellent service to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers courteously and professionally upon their arrival at the rental center.
- Understanding the customer's needs and suggesting the appropriate vehicle based on the type of use and budget.
- Clearly explaining the rental terms and conditions, including insurance, additional fees, and fuel policy.
- Accurately preparing rental contracts and verifying the accuracy of the data entered into the system.
- Ensuring official documents like driver's licenses and national or residency IDs are in order.
- Handing over the vehicle to the customer after inspecting it and ensuring its readiness.
- Receiving the vehicle after the rental period and inspecting it for any damages or violations.
- Collecting payments and issuing invoices.
- Dealing with customer complaints and solving their issues professionally.
- Coordinating with the maintenance department in case of malfunctions or needing periodic maintenance.
- Following up on future reservations and ensuring the availability of the requested vehicles.
- Updating the rental and vehicle database continuously.
- Complying with the company's internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- 3 years of experience in the rental or sales field.
- Advanced customer service and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Job Details: Working hours are morning/evening in Medina.
