Job Summary:

This role requires collaboration with site teams to ensure seamless IT operations, supporting various project and engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure at project sites.
• Install and maintain CCTV systems and configure telecom systems.
• Set up and troubleshoot AV systems for effective communication.
• Ensure reliable internet connectivity and perform regular network health checks.
• Provide user support for IT-related issues at the site.
• Document configurations and monitor power backup systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for installations and repairs.
• Implement IT and cybersecurity policies on-site.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 24 years of hands-on experience in IT/network support.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of VoIP systems and familiarity with AV technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA Network+
• Cisco CCNA

Working Conditions:
This position is based on-site and may require travel between multiple project locations. Compliance with health and safety protocols is mandatory.
