About the Role:
This position functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage/culinary operation. You will oversee the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensure alignment with brand service strategy. Your role will focus on maximizing financial performance while meeting the needs of our guests and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the Food and Beverage budget, ensuring profitability.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals with:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management.
  • A degree in Food Service Management or a related field and 4 years of experience is also acceptable.
  • Strong management skills with a focus on people and resource management.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
