As a leading player in the real estate and hospitality sector, we are seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the operational planning and pre-opening activities of our hotel projects. This pivotal role requires coordination across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement hospitality operation design and strategies.
  • Ensure preparedness and management strategies are set for operational functions.
  • Formulate strategic directions and mitigate risks according to operational plans.
  • Present strategies, business plans, and project CAPEX for review.
  • Draft hotel budgets and conduct analytical assessments.
  • Design management structures for clustering and shared services.
  • Collaborate with operators to design effective pre-opening plans.
  • Guide recruitment and training programs to enhance team efficiency.
  • Manage action plans to maximize guest satisfaction and business growth.
  • Instigate corporate policies for operational targets and performance enhancement.
  • Coordinate operations closely with RAM stakeholders to ensure resource adequacy.
  • Lead initiatives to apply brand strategies during the first year.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 13 years in hospitality operations.
  • Education: Any graduation.

Job Summary:
Oversees the operational planning and pre-opening activities of hotel projects and coordination between departments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing hospitality operation design, strategy, pre-opening, clustering & shared services covering all services.

  • Institutes corporate policies and procedures that ensure the operational performance’s targets.
  • Addressing high-level issues and recommended solutions.
  • Work and coordinate closely all the hotels operations plans with the company's stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the operational functions have all the adequate resources to achieve operational competency.
  • During the first year will initiate and coordinate with the CHOO all Brands strategies.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional certifications or a master’s degree are preferred.
