Job Summary:
Oversees the operational planning and pre-opening activities of hotel projects and coordination between departments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing hospitality operation design, strategy, pre-opening, clustering & shared services covering all services.
  • Ensure that operation management strategies are set for all operational preparedness SOPs and that all systems are set fully.
  • Formulate and implement the operations strategic direction.
  • Mitigate any realized risks in the plans and ensure to be resolved with appropriate due diligence.
  • Present strategy, business plan and project CAPEX plans for review and approval.
  • Participate to draw up hotel budgets, analysis result.
  • Design the clustering & shared services management and its relationship with the operation structures.
  • In collaboration with Operators, design the pre-openings plans and phases (WBS / Critical path etc..).
  • Follow up with the operation leaders to plan and execute action plans procedures to maximize Guests satisfaction, revenues and promote business growth.
  • Will lead, coach, develop, recruit and retain future operations talents.
  • Institutes corporate policies and procedures that ensure the operational performance’s targets.
  • Addressing high-level issues and recommended solutions.
  • Work and coordinate closely all the hotels operations plans with the company's stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the operational functions have all the adequate resources to achieve operational competency.
  • During the first year will initiate and coordinate with the CHOO all Brands strategies.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional certifications or a master’s degree are preferred.
