About the Job: As a Pastry Chef at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in operating the pastry section of our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create delightful seasonal offerings and maintain high standards of food quality.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen.
  • Ensure top-notch quality of all dessert offerings.
  • Bring creativity to our pastry creations.
  • Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
  • Plan production effectively to meet daily requirements.
  • Develop seasonal menu offerings.
  • Manage food costs to contribute to revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Creative approach to pastry.
  • Strong supervisory skills and positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and commitment to high-level customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards and organizational skills.
