🎯 Job Objective Achieving the company's monthly and annual sales targets by marketing and selling new elevator systems, maintenance contracts, for new construction projects, contractors, real estate developers, consulting offices, and corporate and individual clients in Medina and the surrounding areas. 📌 Responsibilities and Main Tasks 🔍 Identifying Potential Clients: Searching for contractors, real estate developers, engineering offices, government entities, and individuals in Medina, and building an active client database. 🤝 Marketing and Proposals: Conducting field visits, holding meetings with decision-makers, and presenting technical and commercial proposals that clarify the advantages of elevators, customization options, and suitable solutions for the type of building (residential, commercial, industrial, religious/service). 📝 Preparing Contracts and Pricing: Preparing price offers, payment terms, after-sales guarantees, and following up on negotiations until contracts are signed and referred to management for approval. 📊 Sales Follow-up: Tracking the progress of the project from the proposal stage to delivery and installation, resolving any commercial or technical obstacles that may arise, and ensuring adherence to timelines. 🛡️ Selling Maintenance Contracts: Promoting preventive maintenance contracts to increase recurring revenue and ensure continuity of the client relationship. 🏢 Working Conditions 🕒 Full-time (8 hours/day, 6 working days a week according to Saudi labor laws). 📍 A mix of fieldwork (70%) and office work (30%). 📅 The job may require flexibility in scheduling or visits on weekends depending on client and project timelines.
