Introduction to the Role

Horizon Justice is seeking a qualified Lawyer to join its legal team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive legal services and requires a professional with a strong background in legal practice.

Core Responsibilities: Client Representation

• Represent clients before courts, arbitration panels, and judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
• Advocate for and defend clients’ rights and interests with professionalism and competence.
• Communicate and negotiate with other parties involved in legal disputes.

Core Responsibilities: Legal Advisory and Documentation

• Provide oral and written legal advice on a wide range of legal matters.
• Clearly explain applicable laws, legal procedures, and strategies to clients.
• Draft and prepare contracts, agreements, legal memoranda, regulations, pleadings, objections, and other legal documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on applicable laws, case law, and legal principles relevant to assigned matters.
• Analyze legal facts and information and provide sound legal assessments and recommendations.
• Maintain effective and regular communication with clients to keep them informed of case progress and respond to inquiries.

Professional Standards and Development

• Stay up to date with legal and judicial developments through continuous reading and participation in training courses and seminars.
• Apply the latest legal knowledge in serving clients.
• Strictly adhere to the ethics of the legal profession and professional conduct standards.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client information at all times.
• Follow up on cases and requests through the Najiz platform and other relevant government platforms, ensuring timely submission of pleadings and documents in coordination with the responsible legal advisor.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor that serve the interests of the firm or its clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal representation and advocacy.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous legal development.
