About the Role: Outdoor Activities Trainer

Aathar Holding Company, a social enterprise specializing in consulting and capacity building for the third sector in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Outdoor Activities Trainer/Instructor. This role is part of Outward Bound Saudi Arabia's initiative to offer a training and practical program designed to connect participants with nature.

Role Context and Location

This is a contract position based in the Makkah region, with activities primarily located in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves leading and implementing outdoor activities and training programs that bridge the gap between participants and the natural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading outdoor activities for participants.
• Implementing training and practical programs focused on nature engagement.
• Ensuring active engagement with the team and participants.
• Enhancing team spirit, belonging, and responsibility among participants.
• Contributing to the creation of a positive training and developmental experience.
• Implementing safety and risk management procedures during activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma or higher qualification.
• Advanced level of physical fitness.
• Background in training or teaching.
• Experience level of 0-1 years is required.
• Proficiency in the English language is an added advantage.
• Possession of a coaching license and/or certifications is an added advantage.
