Job Description

About the Role

SYSTICS is seeking an organized and proactive Administration Officer to manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office functioning. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will support various departments and maintain effective administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain office operations and administrative systems.
  • Handle professional correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage procurement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including attendance and onboarding tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with facility management and office maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, specifically serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
