The Role of Architect

We are seeking a dedicated Architect to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Jeddah. This role involves developing architectural concepts, producing detailed designs, and preparing comprehensive drawings and documentation for a variety of residential and commercial projects. The Architect will play a crucial part in ensuring projects are well-planned, structurally sound, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with engineering, construction, and interior design teams.
• Review designs to ensure full compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Support the permitting process by preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
• Oversee and manage design changes throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate actively in project meetings to provide architectural insights.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets to meet delivery standards.
• Support the integration and effective use of relevant software tools.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Assist in quality control measures during the construction phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an architectural role, preferably within real estate development.
• Demonstrated ability to develop architectural concepts and produce detailed designs and documentation.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success across residential and commercial developments within the Makkah region.
