About the Role

Twist Engineering Consulting - مجموعة باصحيح الهندسية is seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves contributing to the execution of projects that adhere to high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs and plans for various projects.
• Prepare and review executive drawings, ensuring coordination with different engineering teams.
• Supervise the field execution of works to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, attend meetings, and monitor project progress.
• Contribute to enhancing design quality and meeting client requirements within specified timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in architectural design and supervision.
• Experience in preparing architectural designs, executive plans, and technical details.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in engineering software, including:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • SketchUp
  • Lumion
  • D5 Render
  • 3ds Max
  • Adobe Photoshop

Required Competencies

• Ability to coordinate with various engineering disciplines and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and relevant regulations and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to provide innovative design solutions that address both aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.
