Role Overview

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager contributes to delivering first-class service and enhancing the dining experience for guests. This role supports the Food & Beverage department in ensuring all aspects of guest service are maintained at high levels. The position requires individuals with character, skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences, focusing on anticipating guest needs and consistently delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high standards of guest service.
• Work collaboratively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding to enquiries promptly.
• Execute assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to achieving departmental plans, objectives, and hotel targets.
• Collaborate with immediate reports to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve productivity levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, planning and documenting due diligence requirements for audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Demonstrated character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for enhancing the dining experience.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and support departmental objectives.
