About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking an Attractions Manager to lead daily operations within its Attractions department in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring smooth, efficient operations that consistently meet high guest service standards. The manager will oversee operational compliance, safety, and financial success while leading a dedicated team.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of an attraction offering, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service standards.
• Manage procurement, inventory control, budgeting, and staff scheduling for the attraction.
• Ensure operational compliance, safety regulations, and financial targets are met.
• Direct the recruitment, training, and performance management of the team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue targets, cost control, and detailed reporting.
• Lead efforts to ensure positive guest interactions, promptly resolve complaints, and monitor feedback for continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning and Business Development

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the overall Attractions department goals.
• Collaborate with the Attractions General Manager to assess future needs, including new offerings and enhancements.
• Conduct market analysis to inform business plans, identify trends, and maximize revenue and guest engagement.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation within the offering.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive and innovative operations.

Operational Oversight and Governance

• Oversee procurement for all goods and services required for the attraction, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing.
• Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, tracking levels, and maintaining accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Oversee the budgeting process, monitor expenditure, and provide regular financial reports to the Attractions General Manager.
• Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems for staff and resources, adhering to labor laws and internal policies.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with SEVEN's standards and regulations.
• Lead risk management initiatives and ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations for guests and staff.

Team Leadership and Guest Focus

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and setting clear goals for team members.
• Cultivate an inclusive work environment where team members are engaged, motivated, and supported in their roles.
• Ensure all guest interactions are positive and welcoming, addressing complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Monitor guest feedback and performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in attractions management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Ability to work independently and perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 5kg.
