We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in providing comprehensive support for our new build, refurbishment, and modification proposals. As part of the Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in preparing sketches, drawings, and models for various projects.

Role Overview:
- Conduct field surveys and utilize land surveying techniques to gather site and facility data for CAD outputs.
- Analyze relevant building codes and technical documents, ensuring they align with architectural designs.
- Operate CAD equipment to produce detailed designs, working drawings, and records.
- Plan and lay out interior arrangements for commercial buildings using advanced CAD software.
- Maintain and update all drawing versions while ensuring adherence to documentation protocols.
- Stay informed on drafting standards, software applications, and relevant technical resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 0-2 years' experience, with at least 1 year in the retail sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
