The Role of B2B Sales Executive
JOE13 is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join its team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective business clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and promoting JOE13’s diverse portfolio of services, which includes HR solutions, merchandising, logistics, technology, and financial offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new B2B leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and corporate clients.
- Present JOE13 services and close new business opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closing.
- Track account performance and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Daily Activities
The daily activities for this role include:
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
- Managing the sales pipeline effectively.
- Providing regular reporting on sales metrics and progress.
- Participating in sales planning to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates for the B2B Sales Executive position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Proven experience of 5-10 years in B2B sales or Business Development.
