About the Role

LVMH is seeking a Beauty Consultant to join its team in the luxury retail sector in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are passionate about beauty and luxury, and committed to delivering a sophisticated customer experience.

Role Purpose

The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a distinguished customer journey that reflects the high standards of our luxury brand. This involves understanding customer needs, offering expert consultations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand image and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a distinguished and sophisticated customer experience that reflects the standards of our luxury brand.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate consultations and recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets according to specified performance indicators.
• Build strong relationships with customers and enhance their loyalty to the brand.
• Provide accurate product knowledge, including makeup, perfumes, and skincare products.
• Maintain brand image and display and service standards within the store.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
• Keep up with the latest trends in the world of beauty, makeup, perfumes, and luxury.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury products sector, especially in makeup, perfumes, skincare, or services.
• General secondary school certificate as a minimum or equivalent.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to provide a sophisticated customer experience.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
