Business Development Director

About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Business Development Director to lead business development and growth for Facility Management (O&M) services. This is a full-time senior leadership position based in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah, reporting directly to the CEO.

Role Overview

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth within the Facility Management sector. This involves overseeing all aspects of business development, from client acquisition to key account management and leading the tendering process. The role requires strategic leadership and direct management of the business development and tendering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development and growth initiatives for Facility Management (O&M) services.
• Oversee and manage bidding processes for new projects.
• Drive client acquisition efforts to expand the company's client base.
• Manage and grow key accounts to ensure sustained business relationships and revenue.
• Manage and mentor the business development and tendering team.
• Report directly to the CEO on business development performance and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in business development, preferably within Facility Management (O&M) services.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading bidding processes, client acquisition, and key account growth.
• Experience managing and developing a team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a dynamic environment, requiring a presence in the Makkah region, specifically covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves direct interaction with senior leadership and management of a dedicated team.
