Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing a safe and stimulating environment for learning and growth.
  • Effective communication with parents and engaging them in their children's development.
  • Monitoring and evaluating children's development behaviorally and educationally.
  • Professionally dealing with daily problems and challenges.

Required Skills:

  • Patience and ability to deal with children.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Creativity in implementing activities.
