Carrier is the leading worldwide provider of innovative HVAC solutions and services. With a strong commitment to sustainability and excellence, we are looking for a dedicated Field Salesperson to enhance our sales team. This role is essential to drive the sales of our Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and agreements to close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with MEP consultants and contractors.
  • Represent Carrier at industry exhibitions and seminars.
  • Submit sales activity reports consistently.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in BMS or HVAC sales.
  • Hands-on knowledge of major BMS brands (*, Honeywell, Siemens).
  • Strong understanding of BMS architecture and HVAC controls.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
