About the Role

SOHO Group is seeking a Client Advisor to join their team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position involves contributing to the success of ALO and AMIRI, boutique lifestyle retailers focused on innovative concepts, digital accessibility, and community. The Client Advisor will play a key role in delivering an exceptional brand experience to customers.

Role and Responsibilities

The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving store sales goals by upholding the standards of the Alo experience and Brand Mission. This involves creating an authentic and excellent experience for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and informing customers about the brand's community and culture. The role requires a deep understanding of all product facets, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. This position thrives in a team-oriented environment that values feedback and excellence.

  • Drive and exceed sales goals by leading brand initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency.

  • Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture.
  • Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
  • Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed according to company policy.
  • Support other business areas, including Sales and Cashier, as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. While prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment is preferred, a strong passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences is essential. Candidates should be able to stand and move for an entire shift.
