About Red Sea Global Hospitality and the Role

Join Red Sea Global Hospitality, a leader in responsible development and regenerative tourism, as a Cluster Rewards Manager. This full-time role, based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, involves designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing a comprehensive rewards strategy across our luxury hotels and corporate functions. The Cluster Rewards Manager ensures that compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's business objectives, brand positioning, and employee value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rewards Strategy & Governance: Develop and execute a total rewards strategy aligned with growth ambitions and luxury positioning. Ensure consistent compensation practices across all properties and lead annual salary review cycles, bonus frameworks, and incentive planning. Drive a pay-for-performance philosophy.
  • Compensation, Benchmarking & Benefits Design: Conduct regular market benchmarking using global and regional salary surveys to ensure competitiveness within the luxury hospitality sector. Design and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation systems for internal equity and external competitiveness. Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends, pay positioning, and cost optimization, and support pre-opening compensation frameworks, including workforce costing and organizational structuring.
  • Recognition & Incentive Programs: Develop and implement innovative recognition programs that reinforce a culture of appreciation and service excellence. Design short-term and long-term incentive schemes aligned with operational and strategic KPIs, ensuring consistency and fairness in distribution.
  • National Talent & Regulatory Alignment (Saudization): Ensure rewards frameworks align with Saudization requirements to attract and retain Saudi nationals. Partner with HR and government relations teams for compliance with local labor laws and regulatory frameworks. Support equitable reward practices that balance national workforce integration with global talent strategies.
  • Compliance, Risk & Policy Management: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards. Maintain and update rewards policies, procedures, and guidelines, conducting periodic audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and external requirements.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Promote equitable pay practices, supporting gender pay equity and inclusive compensation frameworks. Ensure unbiased job evaluation and salary decisions across all employee groups, and monitor pay equity metrics.

Core Expertise and Experience

The role requires 5-10 years of experience and deep expertise in compensation benchmarking, incentive design, job evaluation, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to foster a high-performance, meritocratic culture.

  • Pay equity indicators (*, gender pay gap, internal equity ratios).

  • Saudization compliance and national workforce retention metrics.
  • Effectiveness and uptake of incentive and recognition programs.
  • Rewards cost as a percentage of total labor cost (efficiency and optimization).
  • Accuracy and timeliness of rewards reporting and analytics.
  • Compliance audit results and absence of regulatory breaches.
