About the Commercial Associate Role
Aspen Pharma Group is seeking a Commercial Associate for a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering Jeddah and Makkah. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key accounts to drive sales growth and ensure the successful commercialization of Aspen Healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans aligned with business objectives. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Key Opinion Leaders and procurement managers. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding product adoption within assigned key accounts. Collaboration with the sales team on sales strategies, promotional plans, and product launches is essential. The associate will also identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis, continuously monitor account performance and market trends, and act as a trusted advisor by providing product information and support.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth and expand product adoption.
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Understand and address key stakeholders' needs.
- Provide product information, training, and support.
- Gather market intelligence and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, medical affairs, etc.) for strategy alignment.
- Coordinate value-added services and promotional activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically within Over-The-Counter (OTC), Dermatology, or Women's Health sectors, is required. Proven experience in Key Account Management is also a necessary qualification.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (OTC, Dermatology, or Women's Health).
- Professional experience in Key Account Management.
Experience Level
The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
