Livsho operates as a live-commerce marketplace connecting collectors, sellers, and retailers across the GCC region. The platform facilitates the discovery of collectibles, interaction with sellers, and community building through live shows and auctions. Livsho is expanding its full-time team in Jeddah to enhance seller success and improve the buyer experience.

The Role: Content & Community Specialist

The Content & Community Specialist will manage Livsho's daily social content and community engagement, including the production of short-form video and practical design assets. This role involves collaboration with the growth lead on priorities and with category managers on product and seller content. It is a hands-on creator position, requiring the ability to develop ideas, film or source footage, edit, and publish content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the content calendar, translating campaign priorities and upcoming shows into a publishing schedule with clear briefs and deadlines.
• Create short-form video content, including seller spotlights, product stories, explainers, and live-show highlights, ensuring strong openings, pacing, captions, and calls to action.
• Produce daily creative assets such as show announcements and campaign graphics, adhering to consistent templates and brand guidelines, and adapting assets for various channels.
• Coordinate with sellers and colleagues to obtain footage and accurate product details, including planning shoots in Jeddah.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages, encouraging participation, and routing service issues to support.
• Support creator activities by coordinating content requirements, timing, and deliverables with creators and sellers, under the growth lead's campaign priorities.
• Analyze content performance metrics such as watch time, engagement quality, visits, and attributable actions to inform future content cycles.
• Maintain an organized production workflow, including an accessible asset library, naming conventions, and permissions, and verify factual accuracy before publication.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing skills with clear explanations of personal contributions.
• Strong Arabic writing skills and an understanding of the tone, humor, and interests of GCC audiences; working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in video creation and a reliable workflow from concept development to publication.
• Sound community judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize output based on campaign needs.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Jeddah, including content capture during selected live shows or events.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in creating content for gaming, anime, cards, collectibles, or consumer marketplaces.
• Comfort with filming products and individuals, collaborating with creators, or appearing on camera when required.

Performance Measurement

Success in this role will be measured by reliable publishing, timely delivery of campaign assets, meaningful watch time and engagement, measurable traffic or show attendance, and consistent brand quality.
