Role Responsibilities

As a Dir Engineering Multiprop B, the primary focus will be on overseeing and managing engineering operations within the hotel properties. This includes ensuring the efficient functioning and maintenance of all building systems and equipment. Specific responsibilities will involve:

• Managing and directing engineering department activities.
• Overseeing maintenance, repair, and operational standards for all hotel facilities.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Managing budgets and controlling expenses for the engineering department.
• Leading and developing the engineering team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a strong background in engineering with a proven track record. The essential requirements include:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering management or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-property engineering operations is preferred.
• Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and operational resources.
