About the E-commerce Manager Role

Deli Group is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and drive operations across key online marketplaces. This full-time position is based in the Makkah Region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in e-commerce management and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian e-commerce landscape.

Core Responsibilities

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of e-commerce channels, including Amazon SA, Noon, Trendyol, and relevant Q-commerce platforms. Key duties include developing and implementing platform-specific growth strategies focused on assortment, pricing, promotions, traffic, and conversion. This role involves owning the P&L performance of e-commerce channels to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market share objectives.

• Planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon Ads and Noon Ads, with a focus on return on investment.
• Analyzing business performance through data dashboards and reports, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Coordinating with internal departments such as design, marketing, and finance, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless operations.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the local operations team, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring results-driven execution.
• Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and platform policy changes to maintain business competitiveness and compliance.
• Supporting new product launches and category expansion, particularly within stationery, office machines, and tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess over 10 years of hands-on experience in local e-commerce platform operations, including proven management experience. A deep understanding of the Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol ecosystems in Saudi Arabia is essential. The role demands strong analytical skills for business reporting and performance optimization, alongside solid experience in advertising optimization and traffic acquisition.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required, as both will be used as working languages.
• A results-oriented and proactive approach is necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in office machines, stationery, tools, or related categories is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in social media or content-driven e-commerce is also beneficial.

Key Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver with outstanding communication skills. Proficiency in managing Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol seller/vendor portals, coupled with expertise in content creation and listing optimization, is crucial. Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies are fundamental to this role.
