About the Employee Engagement Project Lead Role

L'Oréal is seeking an Employee Engagement Project Lead to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on connecting employees with the company's strategy, purpose, and culture through strategic communication and engagement initiatives. The role is integral to strengthening the employer brand and fostering a vibrant internal community.

Role Responsibilities

The Employee Engagement Project Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the employee engagement roadmap in collaboration with HR and leadership. Key duties include:

  • Developing and executing communication strategies and experiences to align employees with L'Oréal's strategy, purpose, and culture.
  • Bringing company values to life through initiatives such as Citizen Day and Ethics Day.
  • Producing modern, human-centric content across various formats (video, digital, LinkedIn) to communicate corporate narratives and achievements.
  • Managing project logistics for major internal events, including Town Halls and Family Day.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to establish and grow an employee advocacy program.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in communication and project management. Specific requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven project management experience, particularly in events or communications.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, with experience in a matrix environment.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure success and inform strategy.
  • A creative approach to transforming traditional corporate communications into engaging content.
