Role Summary

Unity Holding Company is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its kitchen team. This full-time role involves overseeing all back-of-house operations, including menu creation, team leadership, food quality, and kitchen financials. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in authentic Lebanese cuisine, encompassing traditional cold and hot dishes, classic charcoal-grilled specialties, and modern presentation techniques, combined with strong kitchen management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and execute authentic Lebanese menus, seasonal specials, and catering offerings while preserving traditional flavor profiles.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure top-tier food presentation, consistency, portion control, and speed of service.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and teamwork.
• Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation standards, and HACCP regulations.
• Manage food cost percentages, inventory, portion control, and waste reduction without compromising quality.
• Source high-quality fresh ingredients, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate costs.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Demonstrated deep-rooted experience in authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Proficiency in modern presentation techniques.
• Strong kitchen management and operational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with operations in both Jeddah and Makkah.
