About the Opportunity

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is collaborating with a leading Tier 1 contractor in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Fit-out Manager / Interior Construction Manager. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is open to professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of interior fit-out projects, primarily focusing on luxury hotels and high-end building developments within Jeddah. This involves taking full ownership of the interior construction process from initial planning stages through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

The Fit-out Manager / Interior Construction Manager will drive interior construction activities across various project areas, including:

• Guest accommodation
• Public spaces
• Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets
• Event areas
• Premium residential interiors

This role also involves ensuring that quality, safety, project programme, and cost objectives are met. Close collaboration with design, procurement, MEP, and commercial teams, as well as clients and consultants, is integral to the position.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A proven background in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments.
• Strong preference for candidates with Saudi or GCC experience.
• A solid understanding of international hotel finishing standards.

Work Environment and Conditions

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a 6-day working week schedule.
