Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Seamless Operations: Manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service and effective marketing strategies.
  • Enhance Guest Satisfaction: Develop guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Oversee administrative functions, implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.

  • Excellent command of English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.

A Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely manner.
