About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements
