About the Role

Jumeirah is seeking a Guest Service Executive to join the Front Office Department at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. This full-time position offers an attractive salary paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Process guest payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability, accommodating special requests.
  • Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, and confirmations in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, identifying opportunities for upselling to enhance guest stays.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of front office operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated initiative.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role is within the Front Office Department of Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah.
