About the Opportunity

We are seeking a HORECA Regional Manager for a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering (HORECA) channel across the Jeddah Region.

Role Overview

The HORECA Regional Manager will focus on achieving regional sales targets and business objectives. This includes developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing HORECA customers, and providing leadership and support to the regional sales team. The position requires monitoring market trends and ensuring excellent customer service through collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HORECA customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Lead and support the regional sales team.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in food distribution or FMCG.
• Demonstrated experience within the HORECA channel.
