About the Hospitality Management Role

Snood Hotels Company is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Hospitality Manager in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the operational aspects of the hospitality department to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans for the hospitality department. This includes providing direct supervision to employees, managing daily operations in alignment with the company's objectives, and ensuring the availability of necessary technical and human resources to maintain high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop, implement, and organize operational plans for the hospitality department, defining and distributing tasks and responsibilities among employees.
• Provide general supervision over the execution of hospitality operations, guiding them with a hospitality-focused approach and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the cleanliness of accommodation areas, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
• Supervise the review of daily operational reports, identifying challenges and opportunities, and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Review and evaluate the availability of resources required for accommodation and services, ensuring sufficient stock to prevent shortages.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in hospitality operations, specifically within the hotel sector and service delivery, is required. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of integrating services with quality standards.
