About the Hospitality Manager Role

Manarat Al-Amied Investment Company is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee and develop hospitality operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.

Operational Planning and Development

The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for developing operational plans and procedures for managing all hospitality activities within the entity. This includes directly supervising the planning, organization, and management of these activities, ensuring alignment with prepared operational plans and objectives. The role requires monitoring all approved operations and ensuring the availability of necessary technical and human resources to guarantee the most efficient and effective daily functioning.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and coordinate operational plans and procedures for hospitality management staff, clearly defining their tasks and responsibilities and ensuring proper distribution.
• Provide general supervision over the performance of hospitality operations teams, ensuring adherence to approved hospitality methods and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, procedures, and the level of services provided to ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the cleanliness of food and beverage preparation areas, ensuring full compliance with all hygiene and occupational safety conditions and standards.
• Review and evaluate the quantities of raw materials required for food and beverage preparation, ensuring their availability to prevent shortages.
• Supervise the preparation of periodic technical reports on work problems and challenges, and propose appropriate solutions and corrective actions.

Experience and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality management. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of operational planning, team supervision, and quality control within a hospitality context.
