About the Hospitality Operations Manager Role

شركة منارات العميد للاستثمار is seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee and develop hospitality operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in hospitality management.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Hospitality Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and procedures for hospitality services. This includes directly supervising the planning, organization, and management of all hospitality operations to align with the entity's objectives. A key aspect of the role is to monitor all approved operations and ensure the availability of necessary technical and human resources to guarantee efficient and effective daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and coordinate operational plans and procedures for hospitality management staff, clearly defining and distributing tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide comprehensive supervision of hospitality operations teams, ensuring adherence to approved hospitality methods and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, procedures, and the level of services provided, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
• Evaluate and ensure the cleanliness of food and beverage preparation areas, maintaining full compliance with hygiene and occupational safety standards.
• Review and assess the quantities of raw materials required for food and beverage preparation, ensuring adequate stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Supervise the preparation of periodic technical reports detailing work problems and challenges, and propose appropriate solutions and corrective actions.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations management. A strong understanding of operational planning, staff supervision, and quality control within a hospitality context is essential. The ability to monitor and manage resources effectively is also a key requirement for this role.
