Role Summary: Key Account Executive
This full-time Key Account Executive position is part of the KSA sales team, based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The primary objective of this role is to maximize sales volume, minimize product stales, achieve distribution targets, and ensure the implementation of agreed merchandising standards. The Key Account Executive is also responsible for collecting accounts receivable and maintaining high levels of customer service. Continuous professional development is supported through required training courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate with integrity and respect, adhering to all PepsiCo and SSFL values, procedures, and policies.
- Manage the stales budget, maintaining it at * of assigned store sales.
- Utilize the Stock & Order tool for purchase orders to prevent overstocking or dumping.
- Conduct store visits according to the agreed journey plan to process purchase orders on schedule.
- Address short-dated stock proactively based on monthly freshness reports.
- Perform monthly reconciliations with stores and ensure timely collection of all outstanding dues.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Section Managers and Store Managers.
- Achieve monthly store targets as per the agreed weekly phasing.
- Identify and develop opportunities to enhance customer business.
- Confirm Statement of Accounts with customers on a quarterly basis.
- Report competitive activities, initiatives, or new product introductions.
- Ensure all weekly activities are implemented on time according to the communicated plan.
- Verify the implementation of all CDA and rented visibilities within stores.
- Submit all agreed updates promptly.
- Manage merchandisers through daily meetings, coaching, and supervision.
- Confirm merchandisers visit stores as per their journey plan and conduct back checks/audits of their work.
- Ensure SSFL execution within stores meets excellent standards, outperforming other snack competitors.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance to reflect the SSFL image.

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time commitment.
