The Role of Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients. This role focuses on delivering fleet solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and achieving defined revenue targets. The Key Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for key business customers, fostering long-term partnerships and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell fleet solutions.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements.
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure service excellence.
• Track account performance and report findings to Sales Management.
• Monitor collections with clients to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales or fleet leasing.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Client-focused approach with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated results-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
