About the Role

Edition is seeking a Lifestyle Attendant to join its full-time team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and promptly responding to all guest needs and requests. The Lifestyle Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting the smooth operation of guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all guest needs and requests, communicating with appropriate staff or departments as required.
• Enter guest rooms following proper procedures, ensuring vacancy before entry.
• Replace guest supplies in rooms and deliver VIP amenities.
• Remove trash and room service items from guest rooms.
• Check that all appliances are present and in working order within guest rooms.
• Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances to maintain room presentation.
• Assess room cleanliness and notify Housekeeping of required tasks, such as dirty linens, unmade beds, surface dust, or carpets needing vacuuming.
• Provide lifestyle services upon request, including packing and unpacking, pressing and ironing, shoe polishing, food and drink deliveries and setups, and workout setups.

Operational Guidelines and Standards

• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Properly store flammable materials according to safety guidelines.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
• Assist individuals with disabilities as required.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
• Support the team effectively to achieve common goals and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
• Push and pull loaded service carts and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods across an entire work shift.
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

• No high school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No specific license or certification is required.
