Logistics & Warehouse Senior Supervisor

About the Role

The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Senior Supervisor to join its team in Makkah, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing daily logistics and warehouse activities to ensure efficient inventory management, timely distribution, and adherence to safety and quality standards, supporting overall supply chain objectives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and manage all aspects of logistics and warehouse operations. This includes maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and upholding strict safety and quality protocols to meet the company's supply chain goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, to maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise logistics activities, coordinating with carriers and internal teams for cost-effective and timely transportation of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards within the warehouse to protect personnel, goods, and equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory accuracy to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Manage stock levels and organize storage layouts to optimize space utilization and enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align logistics and warehousing activities with demand forecasts and business requirements.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and best practices to build a competent and compliant team.
• Maintain records of inventory movements, inbound/outbound shipments, and warehouse expenses to support reporting and budget management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, coordinate transportation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah. The role requires active supervision within a dynamic warehouse and logistics environment.
