About the Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company in the MENA region, is seeking a Logistics Manager for its night shift operations in Makkah. This role is responsible for overseeing sales depot operations to ensure efficient stock management and adherence to operational standards.

Role Overview

The Logistics Manager will manage a shift within sales depots, focusing on maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing depot losses, and upholding hygiene standards. The position requires ensuring the implementation of operating procedures and adherence to quality and safety guidelines through the supervision of subordinate staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee warehouse operations and activities to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company Quality policies.
• Manage product receiving and dispatch processes, focusing on minimizing depot losses.
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain stock availability, ensure proper stock rotation, and optimize space utilization during the shift.
• Ensure full compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) policies and maintain all related safety records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an FMCG warehouse environment.
• Fluency in English.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role operates on a night shift schedule.
