Qualifications:
An ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality and have up to two years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, and familiarity with Micros is desirable. Experience in supervisory roles will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage in line with our hotel's standards.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
- Maintain excellent customer relations, addressing complaints and queries to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation and setup of the outlet for seamless service.
- Direct and supervise the service team to uphold service excellence.
- Ensure colleagues are adequately trained and perform their duties effectively.
- Organize, plan, and control supplies while maintaining accurate beverage stock records.
- Implement strategies to minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
