Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop maintenance schedules in alignment with OEM standards.
  • Ensure reliability of BIW jigs and fixtures.
  • Coordinate calibration plans for all jigs and fixtures.
  • Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain thorough records of maintenance activities.
  • Support the installation of new equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
  • Train maintenance technicians on best practices.
  • Analyze maintenance data for trend identification and process improvements.
  • Adjust work schedules to meet production demands.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of automotive mechanical maintenance experience, specifically in BIW.
  • Hands-on experience with automotive manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong mechanical systems knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Experience with CMMS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks/CAD.
  • Ability to handle physical aspects of the job.
