We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the brand’s launch and growth across all channels, with a focus on engaging a young, trend-conscious audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Launch & Awareness: Lead the pre-opening marketing strategy, from conception to execution, including campaign development and launch events. Collaborate with PR and local influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that encompass digital and offline strategies. Manage performance tracking and optimization based on KPIs.
- Social Media & Content: Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity while keeping up with trends.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Build relationships with local brands, co-manage partnerships and negotiate marketing agreements to enhance visibility.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Work with sales teams to increase visitor numbers and create loyalty programs.
- Budget & Reporting: Effectively manage the marketing budget and provide performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment or youth brands.
- Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of Saudi youth culture and entertainment trends.
This role requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
