We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who will be responsible for executing and overseeing our marketing, PR, and communication strategies to enhance the brand's presence and drive revenue growth.

Job Summary:
As a Marketing & Communications Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Maximizing brand presence across various channels (print, web, social media, etc.).
  • Cultivating relationships with media and influential professionals.
  • Arranging interviews and drafting press releases.
  • Organizing PR events.
  • Storytelling through creative content.
  • Managing sensitive issues and maintaining the company's reputation.
  • Tracking media coverage and reporting on PR results.

What We're Looking For:
We require a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • A degree in Creative Designing/Graphics or E-commerce from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Social Media & Graphics Designing.
  • Proficiency in English with strong business correspondence skills.
  • Willingness to work long hours and ability to multi-task.
  • Expertise in Adobe software (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier).

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and brand positioning in the Haj and Umrah B2B sectors.   • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, with proven expertise in B2B travel, tourism, or related sectors (Haj & Umrah industry experience highly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s market dynamics, regulations, and culture.
  • Strong track record of creating and executing end-to-end marketing strategies from scratch.
  • Proven ability to address both B2B and B2C customer needs with innovative campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience leading diverse teams across multiple regions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
