About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and brand positioning in the Haj and Umrah B2B sectors. This pivotal role will focus on strengthening our brand presence, driving customer and partner acquisition, and expanding our market reach locally, regionally, and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Haj & Umrah travel sector, across both digital and offline channels.
  • Design and lead high-impact campaigns that boost brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the production of compelling marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media channels.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, performance marketing, social media, email, paid campaigns).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, anticipate trends, and adapt strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure aligned and cohesive marketing execution.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a culture of innovation, collaboration, and measurable results.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Represent the company at global trade fairs, expos, and networking events within the travel and tourism ecosystem.
  • Strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets, positioning the company as a market leader.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Saudi nationals are strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, with proven expertise in B2B travel, tourism, or related sectors (Haj & Umrah industry experience highly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s market dynamics, regulations, and culture.
  • Strong track record of creating and executing end-to-end marketing strategies from scratch.
  • Proven ability to address both B2B and B2C customer needs with innovative campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience leading diverse teams across multiple regions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (3050%).
