Scope Of Responsibilities
This role, reporting to the Senior Director of International Field and Partner Marketing, is vital for the alignment with sales leadership in the region. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive regional strategic marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Managing the marketing budget, conducting market analysis, and developing KPIs to track program effectiveness.
• Collaborating with sales, partners, and stakeholders to achieve regional business goals through tailored marketing initiatives.
• Identifying key accounts and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
• Creating joint go-to-market strategies with partners and resellers.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in marketing within the technology or telecommunications sectors.
• Experience in developing effective regional marketing programs and executing Account-Based Marketing principles.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the clinic’s growth and revenue goals.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Monitor KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead conversion rates.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging ad creatives.
• Manage social media calendars and content scheduling across various platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 12 years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Prior experience in the services sector is required.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills related to performance marketing KPIs.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
