وصف الدور:
هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع لأخصائي مبيعات وتسويق، تقع في جدة. سيكون لدى أخصائي المبيعات والتسويق مسؤوليات تشمل تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات، بناء والحفاظ على علاقات العملاء، إنشاء حملات تسويقية فعالة، وتحليل اتجاهات السوق. يتطلب هذا الدور العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفريق لتقديم المدخلات الاستراتيجية، وإجراء جلسات تدريبية، وإدارة حسابات العملاء لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتعزيز رضا العملاء.

المؤهلات:
  • مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء قوية للتفاعل بفعالية والحفاظ على علاقات العملاء.
  • خبرة في المبيعات وإدارة المبيعات وإنشاء استراتيجيات لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات.
  • القدرة على تقديم التدريب وتطوير أعضاء الفريق لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل.
  • خبرة في تحليل اتجاهات السوق وتقديم استراتيجيات تسويقية مدفوعة بالنتائج.
  • الإلمام بالأدوات والمنصات المتعلقة بالمبيعات والتسويق، مثل برمجيات إدارة علاقات العملاء أو أدوات التسويق، ميزة إضافية.
  • شهادة بكاليوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في صناعة الضيافة.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات ونهج استباقي في إدارة علاقات العملاء.
